Your second link goes to Harry Potter. This is what happens on this site if you c&p links. Can you please redo.
No there is no way you can do this by yourself as a regular member. Once you have 50 books shelved you can apply to become a librarian, but you now have to pass a quiz which I have been told is quite tricky & even then there is no guarantee you will be accepted.
