Book cover won't update when new edition created

I accidentally uploaded my book with a stand in cover, and now the cover is updated on all platforms but it has not updated on Goodreads. I tried creating a new edition and setting it as the primary edition, but the old blank cover still appears when searched. How do I change this?

Please do not create unnecessary duplicates in future, if in doubt ask librarians.
