I am going to re read a book but I don't know if I should keep it on my yearly goals on good reads

I would still count it on your goodreads challenge, since you’re reading a book.
Yes. I do. I rarely re-read. I did recently re-read Dead Souls by Nikolai Gogol. I had first read it about 40 yeas ago.
If I read the book before joining Goodreads, and re-read it now, then I do add it. If I've read the book and listed it on Goodreads, I don't include it again. I seldom re-read so when I do, it's usually a skim through so I can refresh the story in my mind before reading the next in the series.
Yes, just because you are reading it again doesn't mean you shouldn't count it imo.
