Sort of related to acotar, the lady of darkness series. It has my second favorite, second only to acotar, found family. The main fmc has LOTS of trauma and is an assassin. It’s one of my favorite book series! I’ve also heard from blood and ash is similar. If your into steamer books the plated prisoner series, and touch of darkness. Also spark of the everflame is like acotar. Storm of chaos and shadows too!
