How do I update my book covers?

I have updated some of my book covers. How do I get the new covers to be shown on my books on Goodreads?

Use the button at the top of each book page to create an alternate cover edition. Then upload the new cover and save.

Hi Scott,
When I do that and then try to delete the book photo, it says, "Only librarians have permission to delete the cover for this book."

What do I do now?
