How come someone's requests are answered within minutes(example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4, example 5) while many others are kept waiting for days or even months?

Please try not to create an unfair situation as librarians!

My point is that we are all volunteers working without coordination or supervision, so expecting us to be organized like you'd like isn't going to happen.
