girl I totally understand! My teacher in 6th grade said he was going to take me to his apartment! I was actually scared! I told the principal and I had a lot of witnesses and he got fired. I still go to the same school and haven't have any problems since!

I’m so sorry that this is happening to you and your friend. I would definitely report it, and even if nothing gets done about it there would be proof. I don’t know if your school is anything like mine was but how teachers especially well liked teachers don’t get fired regardless of what they do. So if it is and say this starts happening to another student and they go to report it there would also be another report on them from you/ your friend. Hopefully it would not take that in order for him to be fired and charged though.
