try and explain to staff tht you don't know the situation fully but you and some people in your circle feel uncomfortable with him and you feel the way he treats you is weird and you want to be moved out of those classes because he's disrupting your feeling of safety in the school, i don't know if you can get him removed but the best thing you can do is try to get away from him while also bringing attention to the fact that there is something weird going on, even if you cant switch class they might make an exception or try and figure out a way to help you, if you know any girls he's affected you can try and urge them to go speak up about what happened because it might be continuing

1. they're not going to take you seriously anymore. you said you were overreacting. they're going to use this thing every time moving ahead and call you a bunch of things and say you have contradictory statements.
2. of course you're a suspect in an interrogation. its a member of their staff, the school made a conscious decision to hire him, so they're going to have to be extremely thorough with proof to fire him let alone tarnish their own reputation. you have to consider their pov.
3. the principal lying to you, either the principal truly has no conscience or this is their tactic because they do this you know, lie to sus out truths from lies, attention seekers from honest victims, its blurry line in middle school.
4. tell your parents. you're not in a position of power here and you're not going to be able to fight this alone or win. find proof (the google doc is a good idea), find witnesses, and TELL YOUR PARENTS/GUARDIANS, they're your best hope since you are a minor and unfortunately their word holds more sway than yours with the principal.

agreed, u need to tell a trusted family member, i can assure u they will take it more seriously at school if a parent/adult says something. ik my dad would have gone feral if there was some creep teacher at school giving me a hard time.

So basically me and my friend were walking by a store and there was this girl sitting on a bench outside of the store. She was filling up her water bottle and her friend came out of the store and she started yelling at him and she was saying like are you f***ing stupid and then I laughed because I’m me n then she started yelling at us being like “what did you say” and she started tryna walk to us so me n my friend started running and my friend CANNOT RUN TO SAVE HER LIFE so we were trying to run and we made it to our friends house and they were still chasing us n the girl kept yelling like “come here bitch” and she was like “let’s fight” and they were still chasing us so we were banging on our friends door but no one answered and then we ran away so they couldn’t find us so we went to the friend I was with house n when I was walking home they started chasing me again

So basically yesterday I bought my fav teacher candy because she loves candy and I gave it to her today (at lunch) and at the end of the day I was talking to her and she was js like “thank you for the candy earlier, I haven’t eaten any yet though because I’m too fat” and oh my god the way my heart shattered. I couldn’t stop hugging her and telling her she’s beautiful and it just absolutely breaks my heart whenever she’s sad or anything :( I just want to hug her and comfort her I wish she could see herself through my eyes because she’s so beautiful :(
