Adding existing book to a series

The Breath That Breaks the Stone is book 3 in Ashes of Eormun:

I labeled it as such in the book details. It shows next to the name when searching, but not on the book page when visited.

It is also not showing on the Ashes of Eormun series page:

Please advise.
