completing new book page

My new book Performance Anxiety: The Headlong Adolescence of a Mid-Century Kid was published a few weeks ago. It has a page, or pages, on Goodreads already.

But I'm confused about two things.

1. I have uploaded the cover, but it doesn't show on that page.
2. I have tried to combine the multiple pages that show up for the book (I think at this point there are two) but that doesn't seem to have worked. Can't I have a single page that would include the options of paperback, ebook and hardback? Right now the page just seems to show Kindle.
