Missing option to add alternate cover edition

Hi!

I've just added an alternate cover edition to Book 1 in this series, but I don't see the same option for this one. I can only add a new edition (which it isn't) or combine editions.

What do I do? :)

You can only add an alternate cover edition from an edition which has the correct ASIN or ISBN, if neither is present it will not give the option.

I've tried to add the ASIN, but it says it's already taken by the book with the Deleted status. I don't remember ever deleting this book, and the ASIN is definitely correct. How do I fix this?

There should be a link to the deleted edition in the warning pop-up. Follow that link, provide a link here and we can then restore the edition to public status (assuming it is incorrectly deleted)

If you restore the deleted version, won't that result in two ebook versions of the exact same edition?

Is there an ebook other than the Kindle edition?

There's the kindle one and I've gone wide via D2D, if that counts as separate? The content is exactly the same.

I don't know what d2d is but if ebook is available other than Kindle through Amazon it will be alright to keep the two editions

It's Draft2Digital. So should I make a separate edition? Or does it need to be restored on your end?
