Help! The Book is about a young lady during I believe Ww2 and is set in Europe somewhere maybe Poland or somewhere. She falls in love with an American soldier that was hurt that I believe her family is hiding. I believe he dies and she is pregnant with his child and she ends up marrying her brothers best friend. I would have read this before 2008 I believe.
