Kai woke and looked around his room, it a great bedroom! Better than anything he has ever stayed in before, the bed didn’t want to let go of him, but he wrestled it, and slowly got out of it. He spun in a circle to take in all of the room.

Kai thought for a bit, “Well I still can’t comprehend how you did all of this in such a short amount of time. But the question that I want to ask the most is if you remember your past at all. And if you do, could you tell me about it?” Kai wanted to get to know his first partner better, because he wants to know if Death fully trusts him or not.
