I just finished this book, and ahhhhh!!! It's so good!!! (I don't usually read mysteries, but this one ... this one I like.)
I loved this book so much!!! I haven't read it since April, which feels like WAAAAY to long ago. I need to reread this soon.❤️♟️

I’ve read them all including the subseries after it! I would recommend all the books, yet if there was someway to read the subseries without having to have read Brothers’ Hawthorne, I would have advised you to. In my personal opinion, it was way, way to slow.
I liked the first one as a whole, but I'm not interested in continuing the series.
i have only read the first 2. I'm gonna read the final gambit and brothers' Hawthorne soon tho. Is there any other books??
After that there’s games untold which is a collection of novellas and there is also a start to a new series called the grandest game and the second book in that’s series comes out in July called glorious rivals both of those are one of my favorites so I would say you should read them!

Jameson isn't a bad character, but I'm definitely team Grayson, lol. Jameson kinda takes unneccecary risks for fun and gets into trouble.... So I don't want him to end up with Avery, but I don't dislike him as a character and he's a good character!!

yes! Like I love Gray but I feel that him and Avery aren't the best matchalso so excited for Glorious Rivals & The Same Backward As Forward like July and November PLEASE come faster

I was so back and forth between Team Grayson and Team Jameson in the first two books lol. Like that meme, if I had a nickel for every time I switched, I would be as rich as Avery XD
I still need to finish the last 2 books but rn I have NO CLUE what team I'm on I wanna say Grayson but he hasnt really given me much LOL and I like Jameson but he's just kinda predictable and doesn't stick out to me/attract me
I love Grayson because he's so relatable to me. But Jameson is also great, and at this point, I can say that I am behind him and Avery as a ship.
I think normally, I would be a Xander girly, my nerdy boy, but I actually live Grayson! (And my friend already claimed him, she would beat me up if I tried to take him 😊)
I think my favorite hawthorn would probably be Jameson. He seems so unpredictable and adventurous and has a kind of don’t care nature but he still cares for Avery and is so protective of her. Grayson is a great character but he seems like a perfect person and authoritative while Jameson is a more messy and complex character therefore he seems more real. Avery is also not perfect she likes adventure and taking risks like Jameson therefore I think they belong together

Grayson is a great character but he seems too perfect. You know like the person in your school who is good at everything and follows every rule never breaks them is so obedient. Grayson give that kind of vibes while Jameson is the complete opposite
well, full disclosure, I give that kinda vibe lmao. he's the most relatable character in the series for me, which is why he's my fav. and I def wouldn't say he's perfect
also like a lot of his problems are BECAUSE he's such a perfectionist (I can relate 😅)
I have nothing against perfect students my best friend is like that but I can relay more to Jameson I guess. In school I think even I give the obedient student vibe and I’m not mischievous but there’s something about Jameson’s personality that makes me like him more than Grayson. But don’t get me wrong Grayson is a great character
no, I get it. you relate more to Jameson, I relate more to Grayson. I was just saying that Grayson isn't too perfect to be realistic. sorry if I came across as a bit rude, I think I'm s but touchy when it comes to Gray since I relate to him so much lol
