My book image has turned to a question mark...

Hello librarian experts.

My book cover image for JASYN AND THE ASTRONAUTS - book 1 (Under the Ice Skies) seems to have 'broken' in Goodreads, appearing only as a question mark. I tried to delete the cover file to re upload but an alert said only librarians could delete the book image file.

Could you please advise of what I should do? The image is the same as the PAPERBACK (NOT the ebook) that's on Amazon, here:
