What is your yearly book reading goal?

Mine is 40 books, and I’m at 21 so far more than halfway through and we’re halfway through the year. Hopefully I exceed it and read up to 50 🤞🏾

My 2025 reading goal is 60 books, and I've made it halfway, with 30 books read so far. I usually carve out some time in the evenings after work to unwind with a book, although life doesn’t always make that easy. Saturdays, after tackling chores and errands, have become my favorite time to really dive in and enjoy a good stretch of reading.

My goal is 65, though I am woefully behind. I've really been struggling with reading this year. I've had to pause so many books because I haven't had the emotional capacity to read them. Hopefully, that will be better in the latter half of the year.

My goal is 50. I’ve read 25 so I’m on schedule. Since I’m retired I should challenge myself to read more.

My goal is 25. Last year was 10 and the year before that was 3 so I feel like I'm really working my way back to how many books I used to read.

My goal for this year was to read 52 books (1 book per week). However, some weeks I would complete 2-4 books, and other weeks I would take a break. I recently surpassed my goal as I've read 56 due to dissociation, participating in challenges, and being in 10 book clubs 🤷🏾‍♀️

Update: As of August 23, 2025, I'm at 73 going on 74. Geez.

My goal is 50 and I’m at 30 currently. I wish I could get even more in faster but life definitely be lifing!!

Usually, I aim for 30 books a year, but with a full-time job and university, I’m already happy if I manage 10.
