Bump again. I edited the OP because new issues have come up that were caused by the Goodreads bot incorrectly merging the new ebook and Kindle editions, then Goodreads staff separating them again.
Bumping, + an edit to OP to add the paperback edition.
The ebook edition is still missing its publisher.

- The description is incorrect. It should read as follows:

- As per Goodreads policy, as well as to make sure the Goodreads bot doesn’t screw things up by re-merging the ebook with the Kindle edition, the ISBN-10 1504096304 also needs to be put in the ASIN field.
- The publisher is missing. It should be Open Road Media.
