In the Marie Force world it is enough considering what Sam got away with so far. In the real world, she would be demoted or fired.

I agree, Sharon. Anyone else would have been fired or demoted. We know they would never do that to Sam though.

I agree with everyone. In the real world, all of these people would be fired, including the Chief for his decision over the Springer case.
