From the Librarian FAQ:15. Bump frequency: If some time has passed and your post has not had a reply, "bumping" it up the list is a good idea. A good guidelines is to bump requests for Adding New Books & Editions after a week has passed since your original post, and 48 hours for all other requests. To do this, just post a reply in the same thread. Please do not start a duplicate thread, which is confusing. Please do not bump your thread if only a few hours have passed. For posts in the 'Looking for a Project?' folder, bumping every one to two weeks is best.
Please be patient, we'll get to it but we currently have almost 6500 Add requests. Bumping after only a couple of hours isn't helpful.

@Emmy, I'm so sorry! I tried to follow the steps that are in the pinned post, but I didn't see this mentioned. Currently the whole process of adding books/editions is a bit confusing to me, since every mod seems to comment something else. For example, one of the pinned post says that new editions of existing books should be requested in book issues, but when I left my post there, another mod asked me to post it in this folder. With my personal profile, I've received even more conflicting advices. I'm so sorry for doing it wrong, I'm just trying to get my read books archived right.. Actually the link to the original shows up just to the left of the title, the thumbnail image, which amounts to the same thing as posting a link so you seem to have done that correctly anyway. It made it simple for me to add this and the other 2 requests.
