Hello Priscilla,

I would advise you not to bump this kind of requests.
At this moment, there are 2 or 3 librarians working at the end of the backlog.

Since Martina became inactive, I'm not sure if there is any librarian working in the more recent requests.

So, by bumping these requests, you may be risking them to be addressed only when they reach the end of the backlog again, which may happen in 2/3 months.

It's best to leave these requests at the end of the backlog, because there we are sure they will be attended.

This is just my opinion.
