In need of a bit of uniformity and re-organizing.
Firstly, volume 8 isn't listed;

Volume 1, 2, 7, 9 don't include the volume titles while the others all do.
Volume 9 is out of place, it's below 10 and 11.

Added #8 and reordered the titles.

I've checked the acceptable places and couldn't find additional title information for 1, 2, and 7.
