I don't know the full form of it but they are meant to be the remaining points i.e 367=> 3 points and remaining 67

it stands for carried forward, so the points left over are carried to the points for next book youso as ria said, you got 3 points from the 300 pages but the 67 are carried forward and if you for example read a book with 150 pages it would be: 150 + 67 = 217
so 2 points and 17 carried forward (cf)
