I’m sorry you feel this way. You shouldn’t talk to her if you don’t want to or that triggers you. The main goal now is to heal. So give yourself time for yourself. Don’t think about pleasing your ex or needing to answer her.

the fact that she gets jealous that you have other friends puts her immediately in the wrong. you are allowed to hang out with other people, just because you're someone's best friend does not mean they're your only friend. if you don't want to keep in touch with her, you don't have to
i understand how you feel because I have felt that way before, and if one thing has become clear to me, it is that jealousy in a friendship is a great great great red flag 🚩🚩🚩. it is not healthy to be surrounded by people like that, and obviously, if you don't want to talk to her it's understandable, you don't have to. the important thing is to heal, prioritise yourself and your well-being, and set your limits regarding what you want to tolerate :) and know there is always somebody there to help and support you <3
And even if she does, keep the matters straight and talk to her in an uninterested and sort of rude way. She'll then keep her mouth shut.

And Lilja, you don't say everything about your life to your mom, do you? Of course I wouldn't judge you. And just because she knows everything about your life, doesn't mean that she can FEEL everything your feeling. She probably can't feel the pain your ex bsf gave you. So......Forgive me if I suck at giving advice.

I'm not trying to dismiss any of your thoughts, I just don't think her actions come from jealousy, I'd say it comes from insecurity. Like you said, she has pretty strict parents who won't let her go out and I think she's worried about losing you as a friend, maybe that's why she reacts a certain way when you hang out with other people. This in no way an excuse for the way she treats you, I just want to make that clear. The fact that she asked your parents about you also makes it harder to believe that she is jealous of you. I think some people with strict parents only have a few relationships and they are often from school. I'm not trying to justify her actions, I just think she's probably a very insecure person. You don't have to be friends with her, especially if her presence triggers you. I hope everything works out!
