My bookshelf is full so not often! I typically get all my books from the library and ones I really love and may want to annotate I’ll purchase. And I usually check my half priced book store first
Maybe every other month? But when I do its often multiple books, like 3 or 4 :)
every time that paycheck hits my bank account (i have terrible money management skills) 😎
When I see something I want to read, typically every other week (my bookshelves and bank account hate me)
I usually buy new when I’ve got nothing in my physical tbr that excites me. I try read all my tbr before buying new ones
almost every month. this summer i bought books twice a month. its often multiple books.
Maybe every 2-3 months?? But when i buy i usually buy 3-10 books at a time hehe

I have slowed way down on purchasing books as I can't read them as fast as I buy them, lol. My bookshelf is packed two rows deep, so I guess I either need to stop buying books or get a bigger bookshelf.

Like 3 a month atleast but I haven't been lately, I've actually stayed on my book buying ban until I finish my unread ones but it takes longer cause I also get library books..
It was every payday there for a while, but I have put myself on a book buying ban because 1) I am running out of space to store them and 2) 3x stamps day at B&N was quite pricey this last time around and had to take money from my savings to cover one of my bills. Whoopsie
For physical books maybe once a month but for audible or kindleits probably once a week so too much...
When I have at least 60 dollars I buy atleast two books or a whole series. And on November first, my birthday comes so my parents buy me books, and I get some money so I half the money I get and do a spree, take that and repeat! But sometimes im too desperate and just buy any books and then be broke for a small bit.
tbh i mostly buy my books at thriftstores(i go every few months and buy a few books because it's supercheap)... i do make use of my library and its hoopla

Once a year, even less lately. I buy them when I go on vacation, instead of buying souvenirs.

Tbh I rarely buy books, I just borrow them from the library but sometimes I'll acc check out a book that I really wanna have to keep, so like I genuinely love the agggtm series so when I read it I automatically bought them
second hand mostly, but I have certain ones that I need to buy, so probably like every couple of months
haha, I hide that knowledge from myself... 🙈
I usually borrow books from my local library and then if I really really love the book i will buy it (I don't want to waste money on a book that I dont love). So, purchasing books I would say maybe 2-3 times a year and only 1-2 books per purchase. I also try to check thrift shops when buying books.

At least once a month. Although, I usually don’t buy any between now and the end of January (thanks to birthday and holiday gifts).

Maybe once a month between my Kindle and physical purchase. Lately, I've been preordering a lot of Amazon's sprayed-edged books.
since I order them online I usually wait until I have 10+ books I want to buy so I would say every 6 months or so.
Like 10 books every month and sometimes I’ll steal books from my moms bookshelf 😏😼😍🤭
I read all my books on Kindle, so only when the book is really good can I buy it. If not, I forget it.
