(I feel like Moon should be the most powerful mindreader ever known, even more than Darkstalker was, just from honing her abilities for most of her life. what do you think? if she does end up the most powerful, I feel like she could penetrate Stormchaser's mental shield.)

(I agree with her being a really powerful mindreader. But, Dark has been a part of every dragon, influencing them to do bad things. He has been part of many Nightwings so he is able to resist most anything.)
