Storm The Gremlin Child Okay so I smoke nicotine from vapes once in awhile. I wanna stop but I normally smoke at school to seem normal. Does anyone have any coping skills I can use that isn't vaping. I wanna meet with guidance but I have to make an appointment so it's difficult

(It’s just what health class taught me so idk)

Storm The Gremlin Child Tried but doesn't work too well. Its for mental health reasons why I do

You can also journal side by side about how you feel when you vape vs when you don't. As you continue getting clean, the way you write about yourself, positively atleast from pro-vape to no-vape takes a turn. Or you could always go to behavioural counselling as you suggested. The patches and the journaling was what my best friend did when he didn't want to divulge stuff to a stranger. In any case, hope this helps :)

Storm The Gremlin Child Alright thank you guys
