How to add ACE?

I looked at the instructions in the Librarians Manual here:

It says, "All book pages have a link to automatically create an ACE. Next to the Add a New Edition link, we have added an option to Add an Alternate Cover Edition."

But I don't see this "Add ACE" link anywhere on any book page. Can someone help me find it?

Go to the book’s page. Next to the ‘Edit book details’ button, you’ll see three dots inside a circle. Click on them; the second option is ‘Add an alternate cover edition.’

AHA! Perhaps the Librarian's Manual could be updated to clarify. Or maybe I'm just slower than most people lol

No, it was never updated to reflect the awful new page design.
