I think this book now meets catalog guidelines and needs to be reviewed.

This boo was incorrectly marked as invalid by a bot, so setting it back to public as you did is the right way.

The bit in the manual is about decisions made by people, the obvious bot issues don't really need reviewing and can just be edited.
