Find a story you want to tell. Take who you wish you could be and put them onto a page. Give them a whirlwind adventure.
At least that's what I did.

you can start by making plans for your potential future book if you already have any ideas in mind. create character profiles etc

I would start by finding a notebook or an app to write/type the book in then start planning the book you want to write out. Find character profile templates online or make your own and usually I write the blurb first(what would be on the sleeve/back cover)

Honestly, I get inspired to write things by random crap. Music often sparks my imagination, so if you’re drained of inspiration, maybe try listening to music

you could keep a journal. I do art and start with a sketchbook. I write down ideas and work them out there too. I also have a huge library of images I keep (more than a terabyte) of art, human anatomy references, fashion, celebrities and other things that help inspire me.
