Hello, what makes this a series?

Whitney Amazeen (whitneyamazeen) | 6 comments Hi! Stages is the first book in the series. The rest of the books will be coming out next year and it would be nice to have a series page for them! :)

To align with Goodreads policies, we need to understand what connects the books beyond just the number of planned volumes. This information is necessary to ensure that the series meets Goodreads criteria before it's created. We want to avoid any issues with our librarian rights. If the series does not meet this criteria, it should not be created. Please read the pinned post 'Requesting a new series on Goodreads.' That information should be provided with new series requests, especially when there's only one book that hasn't been published yet and has no description. Since you have not provided the information I asked you to clarify, we cannot create the series without knowing what makes it a series.

Tami (tamicarvallo) | 6987 comments Due to recent issues, I won’t be handling this request anymore. If another librarian wants to take over, please feel free.

Camille | 2291 comments Hi Whitney,

To be a series on Goodreads, books need to have more than a common theme.

Do these book have characters in common, an overarching storyline, or a shared universe, etc.?

Thanks in advance for the additional information!!

Whitney Amazeen (whitneyamazeen) | 6 comments Yes, they have all of the above. Thank you, Camille!
