Done (I think). The first book in the series had been combined with the omnibus for books 1 and 2, as well as the graphic novel adaptation. I’ve separated them. I wasn't sure about 1 or two editions so I left them where they were. Please check if anything still needs fixing.
There is no Book 1 listed in this series. What should be Book 1 is wrongly listed as Book 1-2.
