The above three volumes are not editions of the book Killing and Dying: Stories, which collects Optic Nerve #12-14 – instead, they contain one story excerpted from Optic Nerve #14. Perhaps they should therefore be combined as a separate entity in the Optic Nerve Series or combined with Optic Nerve #14? Not sure which would be best practice.
