Chris Tubbs | 2 comments Hi, my name is Chris. I'm a new dad and first-time author. I've recently completed a 77,000-word psychological thriller titled Death Do Us Part. After three rewrites and rounds of beta feedback, I believe the novel is in a solid place in terms of character development and plot.

I’m seeking an experienced and thorough editor for line editing, including copyediting and proofreading. My main priority is the quality or work and value, and I’m flexible on the completion date.

Why work with me? I value honest feedback and can take it without getting defensive. I’ll pay you promptly and provide testimonials or any references you need. I also have a second thriller nearly ready for editing, and if we’re a good fit, I’ll need the same services for that project. I’m committed to writing as a long-term career, and I’m confident we can build a lasting partnership.

Working Synopsis:

Ellie Harper can’t believe her luck: she’s finally met the perfect man in San Francisco. He’s handsome, charming, and works in lucrative cybersecurity for the US government. But there’s one problem—everything about him is a lie. When Ellie discovers his true nature, she ends the relationship to protect herself. Later, she rebounds with a nice guy, marries him, and starts a suburban life with a baby on the way. But she slowly uncovers a terrifying truth about her ex: he’s still madly in love with her and will never move on. Once you fall for him, he won’t let you go. He’ll stop at nothing to prove his love, using spying, blackmail—whatever it takes. Nowhere is safe, neither online nor offline, until you’re back in his arms. When Ellie realizes her life and livelihood are in jeopardy, she’s compelled to make a grim decision: she won’t sleep until he’s dead.

Please email me your editor page (with reviews and testimonials and sample if available) and services/rates and any questions to chrisaaronwriter(at)gmail(dot)com if interested. Thanks!
