I absolutely Loved Song Of Achilles and highly recommend. it is such a good book you just get so into it.. not everyone cried at this book but I did
beautiful book. but it was the writing style that held me captive. not that the plot wasn't good, no. it was amazing. but to me, who had begun this book with hopes of bawling my eyes out, the story wasn't that sad. but the writing style? AMAZING. I can't stress enough how beautifully it was written.
it may not be too faithful to homer's iliad but it's an absolutely well written and engaging book. you may also cry if you have the tendency to be emotionally attached and invested in a book's characters. i could read this in under 24 hours because it's unputdownable.
I loved The Song of Achilles. The plot, the writing style, everything. And I loved how she dealt with the ending.

I wish Miller would write another book.
