Try reading an e-book. It's a great incentive to start a book.

You can try just completly avoiding books at all costs for at least a week, then come back and try again. keep doing that until you find the motivation to read:
it’s what works best for me, but it doesn’t work for everyone :)

when I didn't have motivation to read I literally went through a bunch of my tbr's and read one and if I couldn't get into it then I tried another until I found the one I was really interested in

I can’t finish the book Pony by R.J. Palacio I love the rest of her works so I don’t understand why I can’t get through it!

maybe try listening to audiobooks while doing another activity? I've heard that can help

When I don’t have motivation to read I like to go onto book-tube and watch my fav ones. Or I go on Goodreads and just inspire myself. Hope this helps!

Dramatized audiobooks are amazing when in a reading slump. Memoirs are great. Your fave celeb probably already has one out there!
