Help! I’m not sure if I should DNF The Hawthorne Legacy…

So I’ve been trying to read this book. I’m at the 25% mark and I’m sooo bored 😭 I’ve literally picked up another book. for reference, I didn’t love the first book (great idea but executed poorly imo.. so much yet nothing at all happened and the characters are SO dull. don’t even get me started on the love triangle). Has anyone else felt this way? Should I keep going (does it get better)? Or should I just DNF?

yesss this fourth book is actually so boring to me. i loved the first two and kinda liked the third one. idk if i can even finish it either

I liked the books myself(the 4th was a bit boring imo) but if you didn't enjoy the first one I don't think you're gonna like the rest since they're all basically pretty similar

oh i really enjoyed it but there is more action towards the end

I loved the first three and then kind of got out of it and never read the fourth one. Not super interested at this point but is it worth getting back into?

I loved the first and second book, haven't gotten around to reading the third yet. If you didn't enjoy the first book and aren't enjoying the second I'd say it might not be worth it.
