A fantasy series where a girl is always named Responsible or Responsibility. She rules as a magic user and has a talking donkey who when he flies, doesn't move his legs. He says flying horses use their legs when flying but it's not necessary so he refuses to make the effort. She thinks it looks silly but the donkey is going to do as he pleases
