I want to read: A book with dual POV (Fmc and Mmc aka the love interest too. Lol) where the Mmc gets a near death experience when she's there. And enemies to lovers!! Also it has to have absolutely ZERO SPICE/SMUTT/STEAM.
I already read: Powerless, throne of glass, six of Crows, The Cruel Prince, The Prison Healer (READ IT IF U HAVENT) anything popular fantasy based books. So! Any suggestions? :)

You should definitely read the Legend series by Marie Lu, it sounds right up your alley and very safe rating wise.
