long time lurker, first time poster :)

Hey y'all! I'm looking for more book friends here on GR, whether you read similarly to me or not. :) My name is Charlie, I'm 23 years old and profoundly queer. I'm a trans man (he/him) and aroace.

My main genres are mythology and historical fiction, but I often find myself in fantasy and science fiction books as well. There's not a ton I won't read! I just got out of a HUGE, multi-year reading slump, but have re-found my passion for it after starting a book club with some of my cohort, I'm about to finish my 29th book between May, June, and July, and I'm super excited to be back.

Outside of reading, I love listening to music, doing paint-by-numbers/diamond art, hiking, playing video games, and trying to avoid doing my work (often unsuccessful). Plus writing scathing reviews for books that I hate, because sometimes it really is fun to be a hater.
