Should I read acotar ?

I've never read it and l am trying to get into the genre (I already read Powerless and loved it)
Is the world building really hard to under stand ?
Is the romance good ? I've also heard people say that the first one isnt really good so is it true ? I need to find girlies who read it so if I starr I can talk about it with them ❤️

The word building isn't hard to understand, it's quite simple. Romance is also good.
The first half of the first book is quite boring (at least was for me) but when the trials begin in the second half it gets better.

YES. Sara J Maas got me through a major reading slump. It's not high brow literature by any means but fantsy made reading fun again for me (and it's addictive.)

Yes you NEED to read it, the start is kind of a slow burner but then the second half is a lot better.
