Oddly specific book recs!

Hi fellow book lovers!

I'm in a real romance mood at the moment and I'm looking for a good sports romance rec! But I've read my fair share of sport romances already and now l'm really in the mood for a sports romance with an injury trope or even just a story that includes the athlete going through some struggles??!! I love it when one of the characters is struggling and their partner helps and looks after them it's just so cute and heartwarming and I love/appreciate the representation of true struggles in books <3

Would love and appreciate any suggestions or recommendations and would love to chat more about people's faves :))

I think I have a few you would like!

Collide is a really cute college hockey romance and the fmc is struggling with having a relationship with her dad and other things etc and the mmc really helps her!

The Rule Book I personally loved this book so much! The mmc is a football player who had an injury and is worried he’s going to get kicked off his team and replaced, he’s also going through other things that happened with him and the fmc in the past. it’s one of my favorites and I think you’d love this one

Unsteady this one’s good too! the mmc had a bad accident while playing hockey and now has a really hard time with ptsd, panic attacks etc and the fmc is the only one who knows how to really help him and she calms him.

Icebreaker you might’ve read icebreaker already but it’s super cute imo and if I remember correctly (I read this last year😭) the fmc gets hurt while figure skating and the mmc has to help her get back on the ice and has to be her temporary partner.
