She smiled slightly, feeling a little better. She held Anjali’s hand, which was squeezing hers tightly. “How’s your head?”

message 402: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) Anjali’s head was pounding at this point, though she didn’t want to make Ja’naya upset in any way. “It’s feeling better.” She said.

message 403: by [deleted user] (new)

“I don’t believe you. But okay.” She said, shrugging.

message 404: by alex (last edited Mar 26, 2025 02:09PM) (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) “Why don’t you believe me?” Anjali asked.

message 405: by [deleted user] (new)

“Your tone. I’m good at telling stuff like that.”

message 406: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) Anjali sighed. “Maybe my head does hurt a bit more than before,” They admitted. “But it’s nothing I can’t handle.”

message 407: by [deleted user] (new)

“Ok.” She said, not believing her.

message 408: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) Anjali heard the doubt in Ja’naya’s tone, though didn’t say anything further on how much her head hurt.

message 409: by [deleted user] (new)

“Is there anyway for up you to give the paint back to me?” She asked.

message 410: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) Anjali nodded. “Yeah, but im not going to.” Just as she said this her vision started to blur, though she was still just as awake as she was before.

( these types of headaches actually happen to me sometimes and my vision will literally start getting blurry randomly )

message 411: by [deleted user] (new)

Me too))

She watched Anjali’s eyes lose focus. “Hey, are you okay? You seem drowsy.”

message 412: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) “Yeah, fine.” Anjali’s hand dropped said, trying to figure out how to stop the blurring of her vision.

message 413: by [deleted user] (new)

She gently rubbed her hand, hoping to make her calm.

message 414: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) ( got to go in a few minutes )

message 415: by [deleted user] (new)

Ok))

message 416: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) Anjali was still trying to get her vision to stop blurring, though it wasn’t at all successful.

message 417: by [deleted user] (new)

“Please just give it back to me. I can handle a little pain.” She said, her eyes worried.

message 418: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) “It’s fine I can handle the headache.” Anjali responded.

message 419: by [deleted user] (new)

She raised one of her eyebrows.

message 420: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) Anjali let go of Ja’naya’s hand as her vision got slightly blurrier.

message 421: by [deleted user] (new)

“I mean it. I’m not joking.” She said, tilting her head.

message 422: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) “I mean it too.” Anjali said. “I’m fine.”

message 423: by [deleted user] (new)

She let it go, knowing she wasn’t going to give in. “What are you able to do with the headache?”

message 424: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) “What do you mean?” Anjali asked.

message 425: by [deleted user] (last edited Mar 27, 2025 01:52PM) (new)

“What activities?” She asked, hoping she would be able to do something.

message 426: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) “Well everything’s a little blurry right now, but other than that I can function like a normal person.”

message 427: by [deleted user] (new)

“Ok,” she said. “Do you still want to use the bow?”

message 428: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) “Maybe not, i dont want to hurt someone on accident.”

message 429: by [deleted user] (new)

“Ok, well, what can you do?” She asked, hoping she had an answer.

message 430: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) “Maybe we can go down to the lake and just hang out there?” Anjali suggested.

message 431: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) ( if Ja’naya says yes to going to the lake, could we stay in this topic since the Lake is being used? )

message 432: by [deleted user] (last edited Mar 28, 2025 07:12AM) (new)

Sure))

“Sure, we could go down there.” She said, shrugging.

message 433: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) Anjali grabbed Ja’naya’s hand again, intertwining their fingers.

message 434: by [deleted user] (last edited Mar 28, 2025 01:18PM) (new)

She got up, ushering Anjali up with her.

message 435: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) Anjali stood up, holding Ja’naya’s hand.

message 436: by [deleted user] (new)

They walked slowly toward the lake, Ja’naya clenching Anjali’s hand.

message 437: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) “You okay, you’re squeezing my hand pretty hard?” Anjali asked, looking over at her. Their headache had lessened to where they could see better, though it was still a bit blurry and still distracted her a bit.

message 438: by [deleted user] (new)

“Yeah I’m fine. Sorry.” She unclenched her hand.

message 439: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) “You’re good, don’t worry about it, just was checking to see if you were okay.”

message 440: by [deleted user] (new)

I gtg))

message 441: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) ( kk, stay safe )

message 442: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) ( bump )

message 443: by [deleted user] (new)

“Ok…” she said, nodding. “I’m fine.”

message 444: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) Anjali stopped walking as they approached the lake water, standing on the sand near it. She looked out on the lake, vision clearing up a small bit.

message 445: by [deleted user] (new)

Ja’naya sat down, not letting go of Anjali’s hand.

message 446: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) Anjali sat down with her knees to her chest, her feet in the shallow part in between the water and the sand.

message 447: by [deleted user] (new)

“I usually come here to calm myself down. This is basically the first time here that I’ve been calm when I came here.”

message 448: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) Anjali nodded, watching the sandy rock they had their feet on getting splashed by the water, though still paying attention to Ja’naya. “That’s interesting.” They replied.

message 449: by [deleted user] (new)

“I usually come her after a fight. Or a breakup.” She said, running her finger along the sand, finding a pretty green shell.

message 450: by alex (new)

alex (loser-violinist023) Anjali nodded. She could hear Ja’naya talking, though she wasn’t consciously listening as she had zoned out.
