“I wonder why he’s here…” she said, walking away, grabbing Shadows hand.
“Well, where are we going to go?” She asked him.
“Well, we could go… back to the lake.” She said hesitantly.
“It’s fine, really. I’ll just sit at the edge.” She said.
“I think so.” She said, wanting him to know she was.
“I forgot all about that!” She said, wondering if it was a good idea, with her head and everything. The ambrosia helped, but not much.
“I was thinking that too.” She said, wishing she hadn’t hurt herself.
“If you want to swim, you can. I find it calming sitting alone on the beach.” She said, telling him something that she had never told anyone before.
The walked toward the lake.

“How long have you known how to shoot an arrow?” She asked.
“I learned when I first came to camp, though I was awful then and had to work on my archery skills for a while.”
“Cool, I’ve never tried.” She said as they came up on the range.
“Yeah, I’m more of a close up combat person.” She said.
She took the bow, running her fingers across it.
Anjali grabbed an arrow, loading her bow and ready to shoot it. She pulled the bowstring back before letting go, sending the arrow to land on the circle closest to the bullseye?
“Nice shot.” She said, getting an arrow and pointing it toward a target.
She let go of the arrow, which directly hit a bullseye.
“Thanks!” She said, in shock of hitting a bullseye. “I don’t know how I did that!”
“Thanks.” She said shyly, flinching at their hand in her shoulder.
“It’s fine. Just reflexes.” She said, quickly walking away to grab her arrow from the target.
Anjali loaded her arrow and shot at her target, which was one right next to Ja’naya’s (the target not the arrow).
Ja’naya jumped, hearing the thwack of the arrow hitting the target next to her.
“I’m okay.” She replied, a bit embarrassed herself. She walked back over to Anjali, blushing a bit.
“It’s okay. I’m just a bit jumpy today.” She said, not wanting Anjali to feel bad.
