Do you love a good book list? Do you have favorite book lists? If you are trying to read the books on a list, do you pick and choose or try to read all the books on the list?

Lamilla | 818 comments I enjoy the kind of list you sometimes see on youtube: when the creator shares a selection of 5-7 books connected in some way (genre, topic, mood). I almost always find something interesting to add to my TBR.

Regarding the longer well-known lists (such as 1001 books to read before you die) I tend to disagree with the author's selection rather then enjoying the selections )))

I'm a sucker for a good, preferably long booklist. I use listchallenges.com a lot, and have been working on reading some of the really big published lists, like the Boxall's 1001 Books You Must Read Before You Die List and the Guardian's list of 1000 Novels.
I'm adding the Dublin Literary Award library, all the books ever nominated for the Dublin Literary Award, to the lists I'm reading this year, and am making a listchallenges list for it now.
