"Add Alternative Cover Edition" option disabled for this book?!

Hello friends.
I wanted to add an ACE for this edition, but it seems the option is disabled, or I can't find it?
I do it for every other book without any problems.

I'm not sure if this is the reason but ISBN10 is incorrect. It should be 9643636070 (=ASIN). First I would ask support to fix ISBN10 (https://www.goodreads.com/about/conta...)

And sometimes it doesn't when the existing book has a description with a website warning. Where there either is a website, but most often there is a mistake like.this. Or a number like this 40.000
