Understanding book imports

Hi,

my recently self-published book Panebianco is already present on goodreads, but not on my Author's Page (William Walton) rather, under another William Walton who has got no picture in his icon.

Just for me to understand, please, If the book has been imported automatically from either KDP or Amazon, why could it not have been directly allocated to the right William Walton?

I have posted the request to add the three versions (Paperback, Hardback and eBook) to my author's page already on the 20th of July, and I have bumped it today as I got no reaction until now. I know you have a large backlog and waiting for a few days is not an issue. I just want to make sure that I have posted my request in the right thread. Do I have to post it under issues? Should I cancel the whole request and repost?

I am sorry for the trouble, thanks in advance for your help.

The bot that handles imports cannot differentiate between authors with the same name.
