Hiiii I’m new! Can anyone give me tips and/or motivation to continue writing my novel?

I started writing a novel a couple of months ago and I feel like it’s going so slow 😭 I only have about thirty pages and I feel like it’s not very good. If anyone could give tips or motivation that would be greatly appreciated :)
