Combining titles with different names

Will I get in trouble if I combine my titles that were published under two different names? I was doing a beta test with a series of seven titles. I have the ability to combine them (separately, of course), but I'm not sure I have permission to do so. Other than the titles and copyrights, the content of the books is identical.

Here is one example:
Appalachian Bred #1: Harley and Declin
Daddy's Boy Is All Knocked Up

If the books are the same, they should be combined.

I goofed on my first one. I accidentally combined:
Appalachian Bred #1: Harley and Declin
with Daddy's Boy Is In A Family Way and
Daddy's Boy Is In A Family Way

This was a mistake. I have tried to undo it by using the "separate" function, but it doesn't seem to do anything—it just takes me to a page with some book ads. Are you able to pull those apart for me?
