I made a new edition to add an alternate cover and then GoodReads timed up and uploaded the wrong cover (the old one). How do I go about making a new alternate edition because i can't delete the cover? Or can you guys delete the cover so I can upload the correct one? https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

I have replaced the cover on the one you added. Was the old cover used on anything, including ARCs?

If the old cover was never used you can ask superlibrarians to merge that edition.If this happens again submit a request to change the placeholder cover rather than creating duplicates.
