Moving to Texas with my husband and his family.. passing the state license exam for life insurance.. lol it’s been a long time coming yet somehow I feel like I haven’t done nearly enough. Just barely touched the surface.

Being able to teach in a foreign country~!I never would have imagined myself outside of my hometown
going to scandinavia, as someone from the caribbean it always seemed as something so far away and unreachable and different that it didnt even feel as if they really existed, but it was always my dream to go there, and now im finishing my 2 week tour through scandinavia and none of us can really believe were actually here😂😭🙏 it was a once in a lifetime experience that will stick with me forever

Going to graduate school to become a licensed professional counselor. I would have never even thought I would be here today and it took me some time to achieve but I am almost at the finish line! It took a lot for me to get over my fears of not being cut out for graduate school but I did it and I am so glad I did.

I'll start!
Living in South Lake Tahoe as an author with my husband, two boys, and Golden Retriever named Donut. This once all felt like an impossible dream that was so far off I didn’t know how it’d ever happen. Little by little I created little shifts in my life that went in that general direction. I let the dream consume my thoughts and focus and eventually, it all came together through small constant steps and big brave actions.
